Aston Martin DBX Finally Enters Production

According to the CEO, a sizable 70 percent of existing Aston Martin customers already own an SUV from rival brands. With that being the case, it’s hard to see the DBX not succeeding. Besides its beautiful lines, the DBX boasts an AMG-sourced 4.0-liter V8 with twin turbos which makes 542 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque, enough for a 0-60 mph time of 4.3 seconds. It rides on an adaptive air suspension and will cocoon occupants in a sumptuous leather-lined cabin.Starting at $189,900, it’s pricier than a base Bentley Bentayga, but that shouldn’t stop DBS owners from signing on the dotted line. With deliveries to begin later this month, here’s hoping that the DBX lifts Aston Martin to new heights.
